Child Safety Standards

Veneration Love (operated by Sanvika Production) publishes these standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and grooming. This page is our externally published child-safety policy for app stores, regulators, and users worldwide.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We prohibit any content, conduct, or communication involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Suspected CSAM is removed immediately, associated accounts are permanently banned, and we preserve evidence only as required to report to competent authorities. We do not allow adults to use Veneration Love to contact, groom, or exploit minors.

Adults only (18+)

• Veneration Love is for users aged 18 and older only. Users must confirm their age during onboarding on web and mobile.
• Date of birth is collected and used to enforce age-appropriate access and matching.
• Accounts suspected to belong to minors are suspended pending review and removed when confirmed.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Prohibited CSAE-related conduct

• Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or requesting CSAM or sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, sexualization of minors, or attempts to move a minor off-platform
• Profiles, photos, or chat that depict, promote, or facilitate abuse of minors
• Misrepresenting age to access the service or contact minors
• Using the service to traffic, exploit, or endanger children
• Any other conduct that violates child-safety laws or Google Play CSAE policies

Detection, moderation, and enforcement

• User reports from Swipe and chat are reviewed by trained moderators; CSAE reports are prioritised.
• Reported content and accounts may be restricted pending investigation.
• Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and may include device or identity signals to prevent re-registration.
• We cooperate with law-enforcement and trusted safety partners on valid legal requests.

In-app reporting of child-safety concerns

Veneration Love allows users to report child-safety concerns in-app. Anyone can flag suspicious profiles or messages without contacting support first.

• Swipe: open a profile → Report → select the appropriate reason (including safety / illegal activity).
• Chat: open the conversation safety menu → Report user or block immediately.
• Urgent off-platform danger: contact local emergency services first, then email us at the contacts below.
• We review reports as quickly as practicable and escalate confirmed CSAE to authorities.

Reporting to regional and national authorities

Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our service, we report to relevant regional and national authorities as required by law. This includes, where applicable, the National Crime Records Bureau (India), local law enforcement, and international partners such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States, and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions.

Legal compliance

We design our safety practices to comply with applicable child-safety laws and app-store policies, including requirements to prevent CSAE, enable user reporting, and notify authorities when required. We update these standards when laws or platform policies change.
