Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments on Veneration Love are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept:

- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets (where available)
Veneration Love is free to use for creating a profile, browsing and basic matching. Premium subscriptions (Plus, Gold) and wallet top-ups are optional paid features. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable by Default
Because premium features (extra likes, boosts, advanced filters, and related dating benefits) are delivered instantly upon successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the plan has been activated. Please review your chosen plan before purchasing.
2. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error.
- Failed activation: Your payment succeeded but the premium plan was never activated and support could not activate it.
- Unauthorised charge: A payment was made from your account without your authorisation and is confirmed as fraudulent.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- You changed your mind after purchasing a plan.
- You did not receive matches or replies during your subscription.
- You violated our Terms of Service and your account was suspended or terminated.
- Partial or unused period of a subscription after the plan was successfully activated.
- Free features — profile creation, browsing and basic matching are free and involve no payment.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email refund@sanvikaproduction.com from your registered email address within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include your registered phone number (with country code), transaction ID and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team reviews eligible requests within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancelling a Subscription
- Cancel auto-renewal anytime from account settings or from the store where you subscribed (Google Play or the payment gateway).
- Cancellation stops future renewals; your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
6. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but money is deducted, the amount is generally reversed automatically within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive the reversal, contact support with your transaction reference.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of the refund system may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account, and may be reported to the payment provider where appropriate.
8. Wallet / Credits
Wallet credits, virtual gifts, boosts and Super Likes (where offered) are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-withdrawable
- Non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or a verified technical failure on our side
9. Google Play Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be cancelled and refunded according to Google's policies. Sanvika Production cannot directly refund purchases processed by Google. Please raise store-purchase refunds through your Google Play account.
10. Apple App Store Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy. Sanvika Production cannot directly refund purchases processed by Apple.
