Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Veneration app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account on Veneration. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Code of Conduct
Veneration is a platform for respect ('Shraddha'). We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, explicit content without consent, or catfishing. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Sanvika Production and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
